Contents:

The lecture series "Supply Chain Management" acquaints students with the fundamental problems involved in managing and controlling intra-organisational and particularly inter-organisational supply chains. The course also examines factors for success which are conducive to producing integrated goods and services in such supply chains, as well as current logistics concepts which can be implemented to enhance performance in various business sectors.
